EASIE Application Process

EASIE includes phases for Registration, Part I, and Part II. Each phase has separate time frames to access and submit. The Annual Performance Report (APR) is also required, but it will only be open at the end of the grant performance cycle.

EASIE Registration
November - December
This optional registration phase allows applicants to ensure that the correct entity information is prepopulated into the EASIE Part I application. The EASIE Registration process does not serve as a grant application but gives the applicant an opportunity to update contact information.

EASIE Part I: Student Count
February – March
This section enables you to select your eligible applicant type, submit your Indian student count by category and total, and to select the timespan for its project objectives.

EASIE Part II: Coordination of Services, Program Description and Budget
April – May
This section provides your initial allocation based on the Indian student count total submitted under Part I. Part II also enables you to select the objectives, corresponding activities/services, and data sources for measuring progress towards the objectives and build a realistic program budget.

EASIE Annual Performance Report (APR)
September – October
The APR consists of the updating of Applicant Information, Objective Participation Data, Project Performance Data, Reading and Mathematics Assessment Data, Graduation Data, and Expenditure Data.
